Trong hai ngày 3 – 4/10/2023, tại Trung tâm Văn hóa – Nghệ thuật tỉnh, Đại Hội Công Đoàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên lần thứ XVII do Việt Bắc Media đồng phối hợp với Liên đoàn tỉnh diễn ra thành công rực rỡ.
Với phương châm “Đổi mới – Dân chủ – Đoàn kết – Phát triển”, Đại hội đã đánh giá kết quả thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội Công đoàn tỉnh lần thứ XVI. Quyết định mục tiêu, phương hướng, nhiệm vụ, giải pháp 5 năm (2023-2028). Kiểm điểm sự lãnh đạo của Ban Chấp hành, công tác kiểm tra giám sát khóa XVI; bầu Ban Chấp hành Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh khóa XVII, nhiệm kỳ 2023-2028.
1. Tổ chức sự kiện “Đại Hội Công Đoàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên lần thứ XVII”
Đối với mỗi sự kiện hoạt động thì âm thanh sân khấu là một phần tất yếu không thể thiếu. Nó mang tính quan trọng quyết định một phần tới kết quả của sự kiện. Được sự tín nhiệm của LĐLĐ tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Chúng tôi rất vinh hạnh khi là đơn vị thi công, thiết kế, đèn led, âm thanh ánh sáng cho Đại hội. Với đội ngũ thiết kế có năng lực và kinh nghiệm. Việt Bắc Media lên ý tưởng và thiết kế sân khấu chỉ trong một thời gian ngắn.
Ngay sau khi nhận được sự đồng thuận từ ban tổ chức. Công ty nhanh chóng cho thi công và lắp đặt, sau đó điều chỉnh các điểm còn hạn chế. Đại Hội diễn ra một cách chỉn chu và hoàn thiện nhất. Việt Bắc Media luôn tự hào khi được góp mặt vào sự kiện lớn của quê hương.

2. Các hoạt động “Đại Hội Công Đoàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên lần thứ XVII”
Dự Đại hội có các đồng chí: Trần Thanh Hải – Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực Tổng LĐLĐ Việt Nam. Phạm Hoàng Sơn – Phó Bí thư Thường trực Tỉnh ủy; Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh. Và các đồng chí trong Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, lãnh đạo tỉnh. LĐLĐ tỉnh qua các thời kỳ; lãnh đạo các sở, ban, ngành. Cùng 349 đại biểu đại diện cho trên 230.000 công nhân, viên chức, lao động (CNVCLĐ) trong toàn tỉnh.
Đại Hội đã tóm gọn được những kết quả, ưu nhược điểm của nhiệm kỳ trước. Kết quả hoạt động công đoàn trên địa bàn tỉnh đã đạt được những kết quả quan trọng, hoàn thành và hoàn thành vượt mức 10 nhóm chỉ tiêu Nghị quyết Đại hội Công đoàn tỉnh lần thứ XVI đề ra.
Thời gian giải qua
Trong 5 năm qua, toàn tỉnh đã thành lập mới 133 công đoàn cơ sở và kết nạp được trên 51.100 đoàn viên, đạt 113,3% chỉ tiêu. Giới thiệu 6.094 đoàn viên ưu tú cho Đảng xem xét, kết nạp và đã có 4.195 đoàn viên được kết nạp Đảng. Có trên 19.000 đề tài, sáng kiến (vượt 22% chỉ tiêu) với giá trị làm lợi hàng trăm tỷ đồng. Hỗ trợ xây dựng 412 nhà Mái ấm công đoàn và nhà tình nghĩa, với tổng số tiền trên 18 tỷ đồng. Tổ chức “Lễ cưới tập thể” cho 60 cặp đôi công nhân có hoàn cảnh khó khăn. Phối hợp tổ chức 1.903 hội nghị đối thoại; trên 76 nghìn CNVCLĐ được công đoàn các cấp thăm hỏi, tặng quà, với tổng số tiền trên 58 tỷ đồng…
Sau đó là phần phát biểu của đại biểu của đại biểu và trao Kỷ niệm chương “Vì sự nghiệp xây dựng tổ chức Công đoàn” tặng các cá nhân.
Phát biểu chỉ đạo tại Đại hội, đồng chí Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực Tổng LĐLĐ Việt Nam Trần Thanh Hải yêu cầu: “Trong nhiệm kỳ tới, đội ngũ cán bộ công đoàn và đoàn viên cần gắn kết chặt chẽ để trở thành một khối thống nhất; chủ động nghiên cứu, phát hiện, đề xuất những chính sách mới dành cho người lao động, các chính sách phải tốt hơn quy định của pháp luật; vận động người lao động nêu cao tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc, phát huy sáng kiến để tăng năng suất lao động, tiết giảm chi phí sản xuất; phát triển số lượng đi đôi với nâng cao chất lượng đoàn viên Công đoàn.
Đại hội đã bầu 39 đồng chí vào Ban Chấp hành LĐLĐ tỉnh khóa XVII, nhiệm kỳ 2023-2028.
Chiều ngày 4/10/2023, Đại hội tiến hành phiên bế mạc. Đại Hội Công Đoàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên lần thứ XVII kết thúc thành công tốt đẹp.
